The latest issue of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology's quarterly magazine, Living Bird, is now available online. The spring 2008 issue features Tim Gallagher "Birding the Northern Route" in Peru, Marie Read's portrait of Common Loons with "Spirit of the North," and Charles Eldermire pondering interactions between humans and birds in "Of Oystercatchers and Kayakers."If that doesn't entice you, regular columnists Pete Dunne, Mel White, and Jack Conner contribute by focusing on needing new binoculars, Southeastern Arizona, and chickadee songs, respectively.
